The system started with a WaterGuard Perimeter drain connected to a TripleSafe Sump Pump. TrenchDrain was incorporated where necessary, and BrightWall was attached to the walls, not only to brighten the basement but also to add another layer of waterproofing. Finally, a SaniDry Sedona was installed to keep the basement’s humidity at a safe level. The SaniDry Sedona connects to the TripleSafe, meaning the homeowner never has to empty a bucket again. All water is pushed out of the home through a buried discharge line, away from the foundation. Now, the homeowner no longer needs to worry about their basement and can spend their time relaxing on vacation.

TrenchDrain features a grated cover that can be removed to clear the system and still capture surface water in front of stairs, doorways, and more. The TripleSafe Sump Pump has the power to pump 2,220 gallons of water an hour out of the main pump alone. Water is pumped out through a Buried Discharge Line that takes the water away from the home, where it can’t cause any more issues. IceGuard was installed at the base of the discharge line to prevent ice buildup, keeping the system running at 100% all year round. Now the home is safe from water, and the basement can be used for storage without worry.
