New Concrete Poured in Existing North Hampton, NH Basement

TC Hafford installed a WaterGuard drainage system over drainage matting and poured a new concrete floor in this existing structure.

Wet Basement with Unstable Foundation in North Hampton, NH

This North Hampton, NH basement had multiple issues that needed to be addressed. There was muddy water about an inch high, covering the basement floor. And the foundation was unstable, a tell tale sign was that the floors on the first level of the home had begun to sag. TC Hafford came out to assess the space and after consulting with the homeowner, determined that they could solve all of these issues.

First we waterproofed the basement, and then poured a beautiful new concrete floor. Then, we installed our galvanized steel SmartJacks. These SmartJacks are put in place to restore a homes foundation to its original state. All three of these implementations by TC Hafford made the home safer.

Center Ossippee pumped for TC Hafford Basement Systems

A homeowner from Center Ossippee, NH reached out to TC Hafford Basement Systems interested in getting a free estimate for a sump pump to be installed. Our System Design Specialist Rick Russell was able to meet with the homeowner and come up with a plan to install a TripleSafe sump pump along with an exterior discharge line. The TripleSafe includes two Zoeller pumps with an additional Battery Powered Backup pump that keeps the basement dry during a power outage. The TripleSafe drains through an Exterior Buried Discharge line that’s protected against freezing with the installation of IceGuard. With the new sump pump in place the homeowner no longer has to worry about any water issues in their basement.

Upgrade to Sump Pump in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire

We recently helped previous customers for the second time to ensure their basement stayed dry and protected. We originally replace their old, failing sump pump with our SuperSump pump system. The SuperSump can remove over 2,000 gallons of water per hour! Oftentimes a sump pump alone may not keep a basement entirely waterproofed. We returned to this home to install WaterGuard, our patented perimeter drainage system, to ensure all moisture coming into the basement was getting captured. Once water is in the WaterGuard drainage system, it is channeled directly to the SuperSump to be removed from the home.
