Hi, my name is Jack! I joined Complete Home Solutions in June 2017. Before that, I worked as a teacher. I received a bachelor’s degree in education. I also worked in the construction industry, where I gained hands-on building experience. This experience helped me to better understand what areas of your home you can save energy and money on. I decided that working one on one with people to help solve their home comfort issues was my passion.

My day to day job consists of meeting with homeowners, inspecting and diagnosing their home comfort issues. I really enjoy getting to meet new people every day!

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, April, and daughter. I also enjoy sports and being outdoors. I am a huge Washington sports fan! ALL CAPS!

Overall process was well explained in terms of what had to be done and met my expectations. Staff members were very professional and the work was done extremely well. I'm very happy and strongly recommend friends who need a home improvement project related to energy saving.

My impression was that Jack would come to our home in order to give us an informed quote on an energy audit, or see whether or not it was worth doing one. Instead, he walked through the condo with me, inspecting and discussing all of my concerns. He told me the actions that we could take (big or small) and got back to me with a quote for that work the same day.
