HELP - my electric bill last month was $900!!!!

I am a new home owner and my attic has no insulation. I would like to know if your company would be able to help me ratify that need. I saw a youtube video by Dr. Energy Saver in regards to the SilverGlo™ rigid foam insulation panels and found this type of insulation interesting.

We have a newer home that was built in 2014. We just moved in last year and we are experiencing a higher utility bill than expected. We have a 2,000 sqft home with double pane windows, thermostats on 2 levels, a fully insulated attic and our power bill still says we use more than all of our neighbors. We do have central AC, electric water heater. Our stove and heating systems are both propane. Would like to obtain more information on how to reduce our utility bill.
