  I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service we received from John, who recently came to our home to discuss insulation, air sealing, and a number of other home energy efficiency improvements. From the start, he was extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what he was doing. What really stood out was how thorough he was. He didn't just talk about the services we asked about, he pointed out things we hadn't even thought of. It was eye-opening in the best way. He explained everything in detail, answered every question we had, and made sure we understood the why behind each recommendation. It never felt like a sales pitch, more like someone genuinely trying to help us take better care of our home. Unfortunately, my wife and I are both teachers, and with two young kids in daycare, we're just not in a spot financially to move forward right now. That said, if we had the money, we would have moved forward with the recommendations today. No question. John made that strong of an impression. I honestly felt bad not being able to give him the go-ahead because he really did an incredible job. I hope whoever reads this knows that John is the kind of employee any company would be lucky to have. We're going to start setting money aside to come back to Fogarty's when we're able, and when that time comes, I hope we can get John back out here.   The insulation in the knee-wall spaces in the upper level of our home was done incorrectly by previous homeowners, so we knew we would have to fix it. Summers would be brutally hot and winters would be very cold. We wanted to get it addressed before the summer heat kicked in, so we called Dr. Energy Saver.Brendan came over for an initial consult and to take a look at the existing insulation. He confirmed it was a mess and walked me through what was happening each winter and summer and why the upstairs wasn’t insulated properly. We came up with priorities that his company would fix and he walked me and my wife through the entire project. Questions were answered and we didn’t feel pressured to do anything we didn’t want to.Mike, the foreman, and the crew were prompt and worked hard for a week. They spent the first day getting rid of all of the old insulation and cleaning out the knee-wall spaces. They called every morning before they got to the house and they explained everything they did that day, as well as showed photos or let us look at the progress. At the end of each day, Lisa called to ask how the day went and whether we had any questions.It’s been a few weeks since Dr. Energy Saver finished up and there was an immediate, noticeable difference in the home. Even on very hot days, the inside of our home feels comfortable. The upstairs no longer has a huge temperature shift as you walk up the stairs. And the bedrooms feel like actual living spaces, compared to an attic in the summer.While the insulation was a big investment for our home, it was well worth it. We highly recommend Dr. Energy Saver and their team!

  The quality of work, customer service and willingness to go above and beyond of what was required left me knowing i made the right decision when i call dr. enery saver. Brendan and Mike spent a considerable amount of time inspecting my home, both inside and out. They ran severals tests and were extremely helpful in educating me to understand ways to improve the comfort and efficiency of my home. They answered all of my questions and were very genuine in their approach. The energy advisor was extremely thorough in his explanation and was able to educated me at a level that i could understand. Absolutely. respectful, friendly, polite and took the time to fully explain everything. I knew we were poorly insulated and had several problem areas. However, to learn the science behind the problems and to review them with a specialist was extremely helpful. Understanding the process and working together towards a solution was very important. The ability/knowledge of your team to fix so many house/energy related issues. I was so impressed with all of the different options available within one company. I was truly impressed with Brendan's knowledge, Mike's presentation/problem solving abilities and Josh's ability to get the work done. The team communicated with me throughout the process and were so helpful if I had questions. My house was left very clean at the end of every day and Josh did some extra work to make the job better than anticipated.
