Had to remove gutter helmet prior to having a new roof installed on a short two week schedule. The installer showed up on time to remove previous installed gutter helmets as well as to reinstall and add new sections once the new roof was installed. The scheduler & installer were very professional and the job was completed in a very timely manner, a rare occurrence in todays world!

To begin with this all started with an insurance claim that had nothing to do with infinity it was a different contractor that was due to come out and do repairs that was stalling me after two months of going back-and-forth with no work done I reached out to infinity. Within two days they had a sales rep out to come in and talk to me about the repairs to the damage that occurred to my house due to vandalism. He was straight forward he wasn't into trying to sell me into something that I didn't need or want. He gave me an estimate we compared it with a few other contractors And ultimately decided to go with this company! And I must say this was the best decision that we could've made. When they originally came out they said that they would have the repairs done within 2 to 3 weeks. However the next day I received a phone call that said they could work me in that week meaning in the next two days. Wow! After the experience I had just encountered with a previous contractor I was not expecting that and was very surprised. The following day after I received a phone call they had their installer stop out by the house just to make sure he hadHe had all the material he needed to do the repairs and even said that he would be able to come one day earlier than what was scheduled. Talk about being totally satisfied this company was was out with a quote and doing the repairs within a week! They were honest upfront and told me exactly what I needed to do to get the house repaired. Their installer named Devon was very professional on time and very tidy. We definitely recommend this company to anyone they did outstanding service for us and I'm happy with the work they're doing thus far. They are about 3/4 of the way done And I am already satisfied with their service and their work. Thank you infinity for helping relieve one less stress in my life! I will recommend this company to anyone! I Reached out to the BBB on good contractors and they were the first one on the list I'm so glad I decided to go with them instead of the contractor that my insurance company recommended.

I am VERY pleased with Infinity Home Improvements. After several years of leaking roof spots, they repaired a 25' section, replaced the wood and added shingles that matched perfectly. We have had plenty of rain, some of it severe, and not a single leak since. We finally fixed our ceiling that had mold and mildew on it for about 7 years. I am so happy now, that I have been telling everybody about them. The office staff, rep, and roofers were all very cordial. I'm getting ready to call for more work to be done by them.

Personnel was very professional. The sales consultant shared with me options for completing my deck as well as information regarding start and completion. She helped me choose the option to clean, sand, and paint the surface. Paint was peeling and extremely unsightly before the process was begun. The deck looks amazing now, and the existing wood looked new prior to it being stained in the color I desired. The job was completed on time as scheduled. Infinity Home did a great job.

I approached Infinity Home Improvement through Home Advisor and found Infinity home Improvement to be the only company I could find with the GAF roofing and willing to do the work in the winter. Infinity Home Improvement helped me by getting someone out to inspect the roof within a few days and got the project going. The result is fantastic. I love the GAF patriot red shingles. Brightens up the outside of the home One thing I really liked about Infinity Home Improvement was how you (Laura) called me after the roof was done to make sure I am happy and everything went well. I found the experience with Infinity Home Improvement to be hassle free. Very friendly office staff. I would recommend Infinity Home Improvement to everyone talking about getting a new roof.
