Our homeowner's home went on the market for sale and buyers inspection showed mold like substance on the truss and sheathing. Our company was called into remediate this attic. We used Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical product. We also installed new DuroVent duel baffles to correct the ventilation in the attic.

This customer had some rental properties and wanted to lower the monthly utility bills without breaking the bank.  We were able to add TruSoft™ Cellulose insulation and increase the R-Value (measurement of how well insulation resists the flow of heat), all at an affordable cost that will save money every month in the long run.

Here we have a beautiful blanket of blown-in cellulose insulation.  This photo is portraying R60, the 'R' is resistance, the thermal resistance to be exact.  This number is a metric, or quantifies how well a material resists the conductive flow of heat.  If you think of your home like your cup of coffee, insulation is the travel mug you put it in to keep it at that temperature.  You don't want all that escaping out of your attic, and the higher the R Value, the more inches (depth) of insulation, the hotter it will stay for longer.  This is how insulation can make your home efficient and save on monthly utilities.
