Our customer was having a roof replaced and mold was found in the attic of her home. Once our company assessed the attic we were able to come in and treat this attic with MoldX2 products and MoldX2 Botanicals.

Our customers home was on the market for sale and after a home inspection mold was determined in the basement do to high humidity. Our company used Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanicals to remediate and clean this basement.

Our customers home is on the market to be sold and a home inspection was done, mold in the attic was found. TCI was called into remediate this attic. Once the mold was cleaned using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanicals, we also clear all the soffits and the eaves of any debris or insulation and added all new baffles to the soffits. Our customer was happy we were able to do in such a timely manner.

Our customer was getting ready to purchase a condo and the home inspection showed mold in the attic. Our company came in and remediated this attic and added all new baffles after clearing the soffit vents from debris and insulation. We used product Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanicals to remediate the attic mold. The sale proceeded and the new homeowner had a healthier home to move into.

Our customer was having new shingles placed on his roof and the contractor stated their was mold in the attic. After our inspection the job was to remediate the truss and sheathing in the attic and to clear all the soffit vents of debris and ad all new duel wide baffling. We used Mold X2, Mold X2 Botanical products and DuroVent duel baffles. Or customer was happy to know his attic was healthy and ventilated properly.
