Our customer called us in for a quote for her attic had mold. Due to a pending home sale, TCI came into remediate and correct the ventilation. We used Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products to remediate. Our customer was happy to proceed with the final sale of her home.

Our customer started with an under-insulated attic, no air sealing in sight and some mold on the sheathing.  With hood vents and bathroom fans venting into the attic, it was no wonder mold was present.  TCI was able to dispose of the old, contaminated insulation, air seal, vent everything through the roof and blow in cellulose to achieve R-49.

Our homeowner was having a renovation project in her home and mold was discovered by her contractor.  Our company came in and remediated the mold using product RMR-86 and RMR-141 to remove the stain and kill the mold.
