The homeowner explained that he just had a wood burning stove installed in his home and he would like to have his insulation upgraded because it seems that his house doesn't retain the heat once heated and his house is always really hot during the summer months
Our customers home was on the housing market and a buyers inspection stated potential mold in the attic. Once our inspection had been completed there was clearly a mold issue on all sheathing and gable walls. We came in and cleared all the insulation away from the outer edges and cleared all the soffit of any debris or insulation that is clogging the vents from free flow air. We cleaned all surfaces with Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products, afterwards added new rafter vents to correct the ventilation.
Our customers home was for sale and a Home Inspection showed mold in three separate attics. Our company came in and remediated the attic using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. Upon our inspection mold was caused from lack of insulation and improper ventilation.
Our customer found mold in the attic after replacing a couple bath fans in his home. After our company remediated the mold we than air sealed and blew in new cellulose insulation. Resistant value in 60 with approximately 17".
