This customer needed an overhaul!  TCI spray treated the mold, disposed of the contaminated insulation, air sealed the attic floor and re-insulated with cellulose.  The ventilation was corrected to ensure the mold won't return, and with an air sealed attic floor and insulation (R-Value of 60 here), our customer's home will be comfortable in temperature and more energy efficient each month.  

Mold was found after an inspection for a home sale.

This homeowner called with mold in the attic.  A sale was pending on this Mold that needed to be remediated before a final sale could be completed.

  Our new homeowner who purchased a home knowing there was mold in the attic had us in to inspect the attic.  Our company was able to get into this home and remediate before homeowner moved in from out of state.  We used product RMR-86 and RMR-141 to remove the staining and mold from the sheathing and trusses in the attic. We also added new durovent baffles in the eaves after clearing any debris or insulation blocking the soffits.

Fiberglass Insulation was blow in thinner in some areas and thicker in others. When the weather became colder outside colder rooms were noticed more in the home.
