It was determined that a partial waterproofing system would be installed, paired with foundation support. A DBS Foreman and crew excavated soil around the base of the home and added a Sentry Seal membrane to seal off any cracks in the foundation from the outside. The crew also installed SilverGlo™ insulation to further protect the home's foundation.

Inside the home, a CarbonArmor® Wall Reinforcing System was used to stop the wall from any further movement. Additionally, a high-performing SuperSump® Premier Pump System was installed to pump water up and out of the home.
