A DBS Foreman led the installation of the project with help from a team. Together, the team removed the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and placed the French drain pipes under the floor. Once the drain is installed, concrete is poured back over the installation to create a flush look. The drain leads to a sump pump that will discharge the water out of the home and away from the foundation.

It was installed by jackhammering trenches for the drains to be placed into and then are covered in concrete to create a flush look. Typically this system is paired with a sump pump but the original one was in working condition.
