Crawl spaces with exposed earth are prone to fluctuating humidity, creating moisture and mold issues. This was concerning for the owner, as it can cause damage to the home and foundation as well as raise health issues. 

A DBS Design Specialist visited the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the crawl space encapsulation service. It was determined that the crawl space would have CleanSpace® installed to act as a vapor barrier for the area. The DBS Foreman and crew laid the vapor barrier throughout the space to prevent the spread of moisture, and also added TerraBlock™ insulation to the space.
