When our Design Specialist went out to the property, they recommended placing 5 GeoLocks® in the ground outside of the sinking wall to help stabilize the wall by providing GeoLocks® are specifically designed ground stabilization systems engineered to enhance the stability of structures, particularly in areas prone to soil movement or subsidence. By strategically placing five GeoLocks® around the sinking wall perimeter, the structural integrity can be significantly improved. These GeoLocks® act as anchors, penetrating deep into the ground to create a secure foundation, effectively counteracting any potential forces that may cause the wall to shift or sink further.

Each i-beam is backed with a 75-year transferrable warranty against additional movement and each i-beam is affixed to the rim joists which can be tightened during dry periods in an attempt to move the wall back to its original position.
