This home in Luck, WI was experiencing some water problems in the basement. After homeowner called DBS for an appointment, System Design Specialist, Rich Johnson went out to the home for a FREE, no obligation estimate. Sales Manager Royce Bunn was the Design Specialist on this project. After inspecting the damp crawl space, Royce recommended installing CleanSpace® vapor barrier over drainage matting, as well as a SmartSump™ to direct any water away from the space. 

The DBS Foreman and his production crew installed these products as well as 6 SmartJack® System beams to lift and support the crawl space. The installation was finished with TerraBlock™ insulation to prevent cold, damp air from entering the space. 

This home is now fully supported and will be healthy, safe, and comfortable for years to come.
