This homeowner in Kinney, MN wanted to find a solution for their foundation walls. The walls needed to be structurally sound so the owner could sell the home without worry.

Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo went out to the home and conducted a free, no-obligation estimate for the homeowners. After a careful inspection, Henrik recommended our PowerBrace® Wall Bracing System.

Foreman Osia Williams led the installation of this project. These steel i-beams are fastened to the joists of the floors and ceiling and are able to permanently stabilize the walls. They can also be adjusted in order to straighten the wall back to its original position.

These homeowners in Canyon, MN reached out to DBS for help with encapsulating their crawlspace. 

Dr. Energy Saver® Design Specialist, Henrik Makitalo went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. This home had an unfinished crawl space which allowed water to pool and mold to grow. The solution for the unwanted water was to install our CleanSpace® waterproofing barrier, insulate the rim joists with closed cell spray foam and seal off the crawl space. A DBS foreman and his production crew installed the products and encapsulated this crawl space. 

This home is now healthy, safe, and comfortable!
