By installing these robust supports, demonstrated in the after photo, we stabilized the foundation, providing a solid, long-lasting fix. Nestled in Duluth, MN, this cherished family cabin needed a permanent fix to eliminate years of worry about stability. Before, as seen in the left photo, uneven floors caused by a sinking foundation threatened to spoil many more generational memories. To address this, we used helical piers to lift and level the cabin, providing a solid base. The SmartJack® system was then added as secondary support, ensuring long-term stabilization and peace of mind. The after photo to the right proudly showcases a safely supported, worry-free space, ensuring family traditions continue for generations to come.

We had a customer call in about a home he had just purchased with no insulation in the crawl space. We had set the appointment for him, promising him a free written estimate provided by one of our specialist. We finished with a happy customer. He now has a clean crawl space, his home is comfortable, free from cold drafts, little critters, and the smell of mold.

This homeowner signed up to fix their bowing wall, but before we could get there the wall caved in, in the middle of the night. This project started after the wall caved in. Two of our guys, Tysen and Royce went to the shop and collected material to support the house and close the basement off. We had sold the project before hand, so we then demo'ed the collapsed wall and started the rebuild. After Tikka Masonry replaced the cement blocks, we installed waterproofing, drain tile, and foam insulation. StableFill was then installed by us as an engineered fix to alleviate future earth pressure caused by the slope. 

When foundation problems are caught when they first begin they can often be permanently stabilized with our patented Power Braces. These are used when a foundation wall is secure, but shows signs of worsening over time. Instead of allowing the wall to bow and crack further we installed Power Braces to ensure the wall is permanently stabilized.
