A deck in Brule, WI was in need of some added support aside from the original wood posts that went with it, and DBS was able to send out a crew to install helical piers across the structure. These piers are comprised of galvanized steel capable of supporting heavy structures such as home decks, and they work to stabilize them from settling into the ground further. GeoLock™ Earth Anchors Stabilize Cracked Foundation Walls In Brule, WI

These homeowners from Brule, Wisconsin reached out to DBS for help stabilizing their cracked foundation walls. The lower level of their home was partially underground with the top third above the ground.

DBS Design Specialist Nathan Schroeder went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. After inspecting the home, Nathan recommended installing GeoLock™ earth anchors to permanently stabilize the failing walls. The GeoLock™ support system works by connecting two plates together using galvanized steel rods and plates. One plate is installed outside the home in stable soil and the other is placed on the wall inside the home. Over time these connected plates are tightened to correct bowing walls.

This home was repaired by DBS Foreman Nick Burley and his production crew.

This home is now healthy, safe, and comfortable!
