This homeowner in Taylors Falls, MN wanted to restore the workspace in their garage. Settlement and changes in the seasons lead the concrete slab to crack in several places.

Henrik Makitalo was the Design Specialist for this project and visited the home to provide a free, no-obligation estimate for the concrete repair project. He designed a plan that would raise the sinking slab but keep the grade slanted slightly towards the garage doors for ease of cleaning.

Concrete Lifting and Leveling for Sunken Slab in Chippewa Falls, WI

A homeowner in Chippewa Falls, WI wanted a solution for their sunken concrete driveway and patio. Washout beneath the slab has caused the concrete to sink up to 3 inches in some areas. Interested in the DBS PolyLevel solution for sunken slabs, they contacted us for a free estimate.

DBS Foreman Elisha Schlipp and her team installed expanding PolyLevel beneath the home's driveway, sidewalk, and patio. This polyurethane foam is injected beneath the slab via a pea-sized hole in the concrete. Expanding upon application, it raises the slab back to level and hardens as it cures.
