I am extremely happy with DBS Residential Solutions. They encapsulated my basement by foaming the rim joist, laying down a 20 mil plastic blanket on the portion of my basement which is a crawl space and installing a commercial grade dehumidifier and drainage system. This solution remedied the dampness and musty odor which existed in my entire house. I told them I wanted to breathe the best air in the world and now I do. DBS did the job in one day and the job was scheduled and completed in less than three weeks. Their crew worked hard, fast and explained everything in great detail.

Rich was very helpful answering our questions, providing a model for the work with pricing & flexibility as we walked thru what work we wanted to have done. Also the crew doing the work were professional & hardworking. They welcomed my husbands input as he worked with them during the installation. Rich stopped by the first day of work too & you could tell there is a very good working relationship between the crew & sales office. We love the installation that your crew did and we are extremely satisfied with the results!

DBS was very thorough in explaining everything they had done. They did fast, clean work. Cleaned up behind themselves, very pleasant young men who came, did their job, explained everything, and left. 

 I can’t say enough nice things. They’re wonderful. These guys were just superb.  They did one section under the house in very rustic conditions. They wrapped the whole underneath of the crawlspace and they did a fantastic job. My son wanted to see what they did and he said they did a wonderful job.  The work they did inside was above and beyond what I expected.  Tony was wonderful- he is coming back up to fix a storm door for me that another guy was doing before he disappeared over hunting season and hasn’t returned. They guys were very helpful in stopping to look at it and offer suggestions.  You will be the first people I call if I need anything  done.

Those guy worked their tail bones off to do what the proper thing that was needed. Very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions and decisions. They walked into a big mess and did an absolute wonderful job. Went from 3” difference to a 3/4 maximum difference in the whole cabin. Most is right on the money. Highly recommend! Can't say enough!

Working with Jason was also a pleasant experience, he was always prompt in responding to my communications and took all the time needed to explain all aspects of the job to me.
