An existing customer called in Montville, NJ and needed a new outdoor spicket. Our Pipe Works technician Rich was able to install a brand new one so he is set for the heat!

The customer told us she was having trouble keeping a consistent temperature in her kitchen above an open crawl space. First the techs removed the old, contaminated insulation under kitchen and living room over front of house and dispose of it in a 10 yard dumpster. They Air Sealed the rim joists in basement that are on exterior wall not being insulated. Install plywood under crawl area of living room to floor joists.  Our technicians installed the GoldSeal Encapsulation System with drainage matting, terrablock floor insulation and spray foam on 3 exterior walls and rim joists in crawl space under kitchen. They covered 2 windows inside crawl space with 2” of silver glow and spray foam to keep the drafts out and install an insulated entry door to kitchen crawl space. They dense packed under the living room floor 9.5 inch joists with TruSoft Cellulose in crawlspace area. 
We also notify the home owners that we require that all occupants and pets vacated from the premise during the installation and for a period of twenty four hours after the installation after spraying the foam.

Customer called in after realizing her kitchen sink was leaking. Our plumber Chris, was able to come out and diagnose exactly what was going on. Chris thorughly inspectedthe area and came up with multiple solutions for the customer, ranging from repair to replacement. The customer knew the faucet was quite old and wanted it replaced. After we located the exact faucet the customer wanted, Chris was able to return and install for the customer. 

Customer called in about the attic being freezing cold and wanting a permanent solution. Our comfort specialist Rob was able to come out, asess the situation , and draw up a plan of action. After some calculations and running some tests to compile the necessary information, Rob was able to present the customer with the permanent solution they were looking for. Rob went over all the details of the job with the customer, and we were able to come back and complete the necessary work. Customer noticed immediate results and are on thei rway to a more comfortable house with lower energy bills as well.
