While performing annual maintenance on our customer's heating equipment in West Orange, NJ our technician, Zach,  notices the valves on the main water line to be leaking. Upon further inspection Zach noticed both valves leaking and the whole house pressure reducing valve to be not operating fully as well. After going over the options, the customer knew this was unsafe and needed to be replaced. The customer set up for the water company to come off and shut off the water briefly while Zach worked on the replacement. Zach was able to get it done in a matter of hours and the customer had no more leaks. 

A new customer in West Orange called Pipe Works services with a problem that underneath her sink, a leak was occurring. Our plumbing technician Mario discovered the strainer was leaking and needed rejuvenation of seals.

A new customer who found us online was looking to add a tankless water heater to his home in West Orange, NJ. Pipe Works Services technican Pedro was just the guy for the job and so we removed the old 40 gallon water heater and installed a new Rinnai Tankless Water Heater in West Orange, NJ.

A new customer in West Orange, NJ reached out to Pipe Works Services about having their Lennox unit condenser not working. Our esteemed air conditioning technician Zach noticed the condenser coil was very dirty and should be cleaned. Zach provided the customer with a chemical coil cleaning.

A new customer called into Pipe Works Services after seeing we are a Rheem Water Heater preferred dealer. He called Rheem and said his hot water heater was not working. Alan and Rich were on the scene and they repaired the Rheem Water Heater with a new thermo pile that the customer received directly from Rheem.
