A new customer called Pipe Works Services in hopes of getting there A/C fixed. Our technician first saw the coil being frozen. Another technician came back and found the system to be low on refrigerant and advised of a replacement option. They went with a new Armstrong condensing unit 

A new customer in Dover, NJ called into Pipe Works Services Inc. They realized they had a leaking water service to their home. Our senior technician Jonathan, determined this needed immediate repair. We re-routed the water service 1 inch copper K to the left side of the home and penetrated the foundation by the corner near the gas meter. Pipe Works Services Inc opened up the sheet rock wall and ran the new piping across the ceiling and back down to the water meter.

Re-piping Boiler in Dover, NJ. 

Customer called in after noticing his boiler was no longer turning on . Our technician Matthew was able to come and diagnosis exactly what was going on. After finding out that the thermostat was the culprit , Matthew then went over what options the customer had. Matthew was able to have the thermostat replaced with a brand new HoineyWell  Programable thermostat model 8463 ,and the heat was back up and running within an hour. Another satisfied customer here at PipeWorksServices Inc. 

Customer called in after noticing a back up of their kitchen sink. They did  try a couple different methods but knew the had to call in an expert. There was only one expert to call . Dwight who is our drain specialist was able to come out and immediately address the issue. He was able to get right to work to rectify the issue. Dwight completed the work and has the customer back up and running within a matter of hours.
