Pipe Works Services installed a new HVAC System in Mountain Lakes. Technicians Washington and Odin as well as Malik Gio and Ryan were all on hand on a Saturday to make sure they were nice and cool this Summer.

Pipe Works Services received a call from a customer in Mountain Lakes, NJ for a boiler tune-up. This new customer wanted to be prepared for the winter weather, but had a relief valve issue. Pipe works Services Technician Pedro arrived to the customers home to check the boiler and do the tune-up. When Pedro turned the boiler on with the thermostat, he found the relief valve started to leak, and the cause was due to a faulty pressure reducing valve. The boiler's pressure was going over 50 psi - which is well over the 30psi max rating. Pedro checked all other controls and pumps, and it is working fine. He replaced the pressure reducing valve and relief valve. The boiler was left operating and ready for the winter!
