What made you choose our company:

We are a brand new customer with Pipe Works having just moved to Morristown and have been extremely pleased with the company, but in particular with our PipeWorks technician, James Demas. He put a new Water Filtration system and did a lot of plumbing and heating services for us as well. James is not only an extremely informed and talented tech, but more importantly a good man. He is top notch, 5 star all the way and the only guy we want to take care of our home. We trust him completely and he listens and recognizes our financial limitations as well and always provides multiple options to try to meet our needs. Even in the Sales Department of PipeWorks, John Sorrentino is the same and never pushes anything on you. These men care about their customers along with the owners and staff of PipeWorks. We are happy to be part of this family and we never thought we would say that about a service company. It's nice when you find a company you can talk to and you trust.
