He even called and offered to deliver the cement slabs. My friend Roger drives by your office daily, so he'll pick up there. Very happy to know you see the Halco sign on my lawn. That's the idea of having it there. We are VERY happy Halco customers. Stephen Hegel is an outstanding representative for Halco. He gives the customer a sense of technical competency while explaining information using a easily understanding language. The work appears to have been completed successfully and on time. Stephen handled the business side of the deal in a very pleasant and reassuring manner. He took charge of the installation, but showed skill in directing others in a friendly manner.

Technician excellent in all respects. Hope I can have him come again in future.

Steve was absolutely wonderful. He found very clear evidence of 'mouse infestation' inside my furnace, which is clearly disgusting. He dealt with everything in the most wonderful and courteous way possible!
