Thank you for the work Halco did installing our geothermal furnace, basement waterproofing, and windows. The house is comfortable and it is wonderful not having to worry about mold or flooding in the basement. The duct work and furnace look like they have always been here rather than a retrofit. The Halco teams worked well together, from what I could tell, even when there was a scheduling overlap between the basement and furnace teams. I very much appreciate you coming to correct the water leakage around the geothermal line where it enters the basement. We have not noticed any problems since you were here. Please extend my thanks to everyone who worked on this project.

We recently rented a cottage in Sodus Bay and discovered a plumbing issue on our first evening. Dave Rodriguez came to the house and worked several hours. The landlord was supposed to meet him there, but did not show. Dave continued to work on the problem for several days until it was resolved. He was kind and courteous, and although the plumbing issues were a major frustration for us (and for him), he continued to with a pleasant and friendly attitude the entire time.
