I just wanted to write you about a very positive service experience we had over the past two days. We are on contract for a geothermal pump, and suffice it to say the project has not been straightforward between the architecture, the property lines, and the global supply chain. Part of the project involved trenching across our septic line for lack of another option, and when our (recently pumped) septic started backing up yesterday my wife and I panicked.   We called Matt and right away he sent over Mark who was very thorough, professional, and great to work with. He came up with a good plan, having diagnosed that the line was probably intact, and had us contact a septic service in the morning.    Today we had the septic company come by and the assessment was that there was something "unusual" going on - the tank was not too full but there may have been a clog or something wrong with the main line from the house. Matt came to the rescue again and sent Andrew and Ryan back this afternoon.   I can't emphasize enough how great Andrew and Ryan were! They spent hours here running the pipes with cameras and a mechanical device. They were kind, informative, and professional to the max and even cleaned up the mess afterwards.   I just thought you would want to know what a great team of people you have working at Halco between Matt, Mark, Andrew, and Ryan.   Thanks so much and we are looking forward to continuing our project with Halco.

I'm so excited about my ductless mini-split heat pump system. Now I have air conditioning as well as heat throughout my manufactured home and best of all, IT'S AFFORDABLE. My techs from Halco, Dan and Jacob were stellar as far as punctuality, quality and they were very, very, neat cleaning up every speck of debris in and around my home. I hope to show my neighbors just how great this system is. No more propane. This system is definitely perfect for our planet as far as no more fossil fuels. Thank you Halco for such great service.

Dear Hal, My name is Carolyn and I am the Property Manager here at Barrett Dewitt. I have been in property management for 23 years and have worked with many outside contractors over the years and will be the first to admit it’s never easy!  It’s only fair to say we have really enjoyed having Jeremy and Pat in the building. This building is for Seniors and that alone can be a challenge. My residents have told us the guys have been very polite, friendly and helpful if they need to get by them while working in the halls. My Superintendent and I too are very pleased with the communication, promptness and the fact they do a great job cleaning up! I know it has not been easy for them on a big job like this to do it all from set up, chasing materials to clean up but we are very happy to have the opportunity to work with two guys with great work ethics! They arrived on time, addressed the many questions I had and communicated to me regularly while the work was being done. Extremely satisfied. Professional staff including Thom, Kevin, and Terry. Kevin displayed a degree of knowledge and dedication that we have never experienced before. Dear Mr. Smith, We were very impressed by your employee, William Graeper, who came to our house on August 1st, 2012 to do an energy audit. Will was very informative and pleasant and thorough. He is very intelligent and was able to convey and explain very complex information in an easy to understand manner. He was very thorough in checking our heat sources and inspecting areas of our house and explaining why he was doing things and pointing out areas of concern. He gave us a lot of information during the house tour/inspection. He demonstrated throughout his visit his desire to help the "customer" and is very passionate about energy. He was soft spoken and not pushy, and smiled and seemed to genuinely care about the energy issues in our house and where our specific needs were. He listened intently to what we told him and answered all our questions pleasantly and completely and had some great suggestions (even though we kind of overwhelmed him a few times.)
