Job review from Bob in Lorain, OH 44053 on 09/01/26

My daughter's house was built in the 1960's. There was very little insulation in the attic. During this summer, her air conditioner never shut off during the day. Something had to be done. My consultation with Bert sold me to use Primary Home. His knowledge and explanation was exemplary. Spenser and Rick removed all the old insulation on day one. Cleaned the garage of all garbage. Returned on day two to air seal all cracks and blow in insulation to a depth of 18". I cannot stress how appreciative I am for the way they worked, and explanation of any changes that were needed as the job went along. Great job to everyone!!
