Project Location: Cedarville, OH 45314
Comment: Our home was built in 1995. I think there may be some energy loss in certain areas of the home and curious about getting an energy audit done to see what improvement we could make to improve our home efficiency, especially in the winter months.
Project Location: Cedarville, OH 45314
Comment: Had a new HVAC installed and it doesn't seem to be working properly. Looking for an energy audit to help me understand the issues.
Project Location: Xenia, OH 45385
Comment: Uneven heating and cooling between the rooms up stairs
Project Location: New Carlisle, OH 45344
Comment: We are looking for an energy efficiency assessment to determine how we use energy and what home improvements can provide the most return on our investment. Our house runs off a heat-pump which we found out needs to be replaced (abd propane) but we are also looking at insulation, windows and solar for upgrades to our house. An energy assessment will help us determine the order in which we make these improvements/upgrades.
Project Location: Centerville, OH 45459
Comment: Just moved into this is single story on slab. We're trying to find ways to seal and insultate for the long-term. Immediate concern is the attic: air leaks and insulation.
Project Location: Centerville, OH 45458
Comment: Please quote (interest free) to either (1) remove existing attic insulation and spray closed-cell foam insulation into my attic, or (2) only spray closed-cell foam insulation into my attic after others have removed the existing insulation.
Project Location: Fletcher, OH 45326
Comment: Insulation
Project Location: Tipp City, OH 45371
Comment: Check for need of insulation in attic and crawl space
Project Location: Troy, OH 45373
Comment: HVAC system has been tested multiple times and is sufficient for our home. Home is extremely hot in summer and extremely cold in winter. Concerned about improper insulation and/or improper ventilation.
Project Location: Lebanon, OH 45036
Comment: Average monthly kWh is 3400. Looking for ways to reduce usage and lower bill.
Project Location: Terrace Park, OH 45174
Comment: I have two projects on which I'd like an estimate on scope, options, and cost -- I have an office above my detached garage that seems to have incredible temperature swings, helped only by a PTAC system, and I am unsure of how the previous owners insulated the room (if at all). Secondly, our second floor main house space is also poorly insulated. Despite a new furnace/AC and zoning the system, I installed a mini-split to at least provide some temp stability. Understanding what options exist to better insulate this room would also be great.
Project Location: Brookville, OH 45309
Comment: Would like to get a home energy audit to determine in what order to approach improvements. We have several rooms on the second floor that have temperature variations, and we probably also need new insualtion.
Project Location: Liberty Twp, OH 45011
Comment: Attic insulation from home inspector was reported low in 2022. Would like an estimate to correct to right level in a 1500 sq. ft. home with an additional 700 sq. ft. basement to save on energy bills.
Project Location: Wyoming, OH 45215
Comment: Energy audit
Project Location: Hamilton, OH 45011
Comment: Upstairs rooms are much warmer and there was some concern of duct leakage. I want to get a second opinion and learn more about where we are losing energy.
