During the hottest part of this summer our heat pump croaked. Your scheduler, Kathleen, bent over backwards to get someone out here to give us a quote. It turned out to be Josh!  He was sensitive to our need for a rush job and scheduled us within a week--all other companies were a month out or more for an install. Josh took the time needed for us and we found the best unit and financing for our needs. Johnny was fun and knowledgeable. He kept us in the loop all day so we know what to expect. He also added a vent cover for me to block the old dryer vent. Thank you for all of your great service!
