To Everyone, We want to thank you all that assisted us recently with our furnace and air conditioner replacement.  (WHAT A DIFFERENCE A DAY MAKES!) Before we were always turning up the heat because it was too cold or too warm.  We can honestly say that every room in our house is the exact same temperature. No longer do I need a space heater in the bathroom.  Also, there is a noticeable change in our air quality; it has freshness about it that was not present before. From the time we placed a service call late on Sunday night and were informed that our furnace was venting carbon monoxide into our home, (this explains the constant headaches, tingling limbs, lack of energy and watery eyes) we were made a priority by your company standards.  The following day the technicians were here and my wife was amazed at how everyone worked in sync from removal of the old unit to the installation of the new.  She also felt comfortable (a huge compliment for that) having them in our house and if she had a question they took the time to answer in layman terms. Once completed all debris was removed, the furnace room was cleaned up and the whole time everyone was personable and professional. Looking back, I am glad my wife saw your commercial that Sunday morning and wrote down your number because she liked the family aspect of your company.  I am so glad that she did and we made the call to Kennihan.  If not, I don't know if I would be writing this.
