What made you choose our company:

I hired Comfenergy to help address two challenging issues in my three-story townhome: improving the comfort of the third floor during the summer months and resolving a significant condensation ("sweating") problem around my HVAC/utility areas and an adjacent bathroom during periods of high humidity. The work made a tremendous difference. The attic insulation and air-sealing improvements helped address the third-floor comfort issues, while the condensation problem was dramatically reduced. What I appreciated most was that when some localized condensation remained, Comfenergy continued working with me to investigate the problem rather than simply considering the original job finished. This was not an easy issue to diagnose because it only appeared during periods of very high humidity and involved different areas of the home. After additional investigation and follow-up visits, the team identified other areas where humid air was entering and performed additional sealing and corrective work. Based on what I am seeing now, I believe the original condensation problem has been substantially resolved. There were some bumps along the way, and the problem required patience and persistence, but what matters most to me is that Comfenergy continued working toward a solution. As a homeowner, I believe a company's willingness to stand behind its work and continue addressing a difficult problem when something isn't quite right says a great deal about the company. I am very pleased with where we ended up and genuinely appreciate the time, effort, and persistence the Comfenergy team put into resolving the issues in my home.
