Sales Process
Script not necessary; way too long. I had already decided to go with Larson, price allowing. Didn't need the pitch and it was annoying to sit thru. Unwilling to offer better deal. Call to manager resulted in a small concession.
Our Installation Crew
Very courteous and professional. However, follow up by Larson revealed pitch too small and reinstall needed. Also, rain barrel hose attachment too loose, kept falling off. Had to get clamp from hardware store.
