Our Auditor determined that the source of the problem was insufficient and ineffective insulation in the attic.

Our Production Team used blown-in cellulose insulation to bring the attic's insulation levels to recommended levels. This made the home more energy efficient and more comfortable for the homeowners.

This home in Chesapeake Beach, MD sits right on the water and the fiberglass insulation in the crawl space was getting wet and starting to fall down from the joists.  This caused the insulation to lose its R-value. To fix this our production crew went in and removed all of the old, wet fiberglass insulation and replaced it with new insulation. Once the new insulation was installed, foam board was then screwed in to protect and act as a barrier for the insulation from water and moisture.  This crawl space is much healthier and dryer now.  The rigid foam foam doesn't absorb water, support mold or allows air to pass through!
