While the work was just completed a few days ago, we can already feel the results in the upstairs bathroom.  This bathroom is already cooler and more comfortable!   We are very excited that we are already feeling results of investing in this work.  Everyone at Complete Home Solutions was great to work with and the crews did a great job working in the attic especially with the temperatures rising!

I am SO glad we found this company. We moved to our Waldorf home from AZ in November and immediately noticed that our (brand new!) heat pump would run and run and run... and our temp inside the house would still DROP! Merv came to do an energy audit and we found out just how poorly our home was insulated (or barely insulated, i should say). They not only fixed the problem they made sure to explain to us how to get a huge rebate from the energy company (since we're all electric). This was HUGE. The work they did was an investment, but one we would make again in a heartbeat. And they are a very well-run professional business! Linda on the phone was always helpful, and so was every other person we dealt with. They run a tight ship and we've recommended them to our neighbors. I'm just glad we found out the issues with this home before we wasted any more electricity! I'm sitting here now in a 70 degree home instead of a 55 degree one! Highly, highly recommend them!

I wanted to express my thanks to Larry.  A team recently visited our home and wrapped our exposed water heater pipes and replaced conventional light bulbs and showerheads with more energy saving items for efficiency and more importantly cost-saving purposes that are especially helpful to senior citizens who are struggling to survive on monthly fixed incone!

I normally don't take time out to give credit where it is due, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE that I received today from Mr. Lawrence Herbert totally exceeded my expectations. Mr. Herbert has a very kind and pleasant mannerism and made me feel very comfortable with him inspecting my entire home. This project in Greenbelt, MD was very special.  The children wrote our crews a note thanking them for the hard work performed on their home. Our crews air sealed and insulated the attic and installed jumper ducts in bedrooms to allow for return air flow.  This was truly a special project!   The Children (ages 9 and 13) wrote:   Dear Complete Home Solutions people, thank you for working so hard at our house.  We appreciate what you all did.             With Gratefulness, Garcia Family

Time was of the essence - customer's home was for sale and under contract.  They needed a quick response in scheduling the initial visit and work in response to home inspection requirements. The customer stated that the crew did a good job, they had a sheet over the carpeted steps in the foyer to protect the carpet.  They further stated that they appreciate contractors who make the effort to protect walls and carpet.  Customer said the experience with Complete Home Solutions was a positive one and appreciated the quick and quality work performed.  We were able to make this a priority to help meet deadlines for sale of home!
