This was one of the best investments we ever made as homeowners.  Complete Home Solutions covered every possible aspect of potential energy loss during their energy survey then did everything they were contracted to do to correct the problems they identified - quickly and successfully.  We saw a big reduction in air leakage in the house as reflected by before and after air flow tests.  That reduced draftiness immediately and made our house much more comfortable without changing the thermostat setting.  Linda is an absolute joy to work with.

The energy audit found ONLY 2" of insulatin in my attic.  They recommended air sealing and adding 11" of cellulose insulation.  I felt the difference from the very first day.

We started with an energy audit and chose Complete Home Solutions to perform several upgrades to our home including crawl space encapsultaion, attic insulation, dehumidifier installation and more. The staff of Complete Home Solutions were amazing at every step of the process. They helped us work with the Maryland BeSMART program, two subcontractors and SMECO to get the work done. When the work was completed it met and exceeded our expectations. Best of all our home was significantly tighter than it was before we had the work done, which meant we would be saving money and using less energy. In fact, the improvement was so extreme that we were able to receive a very significant rebate from SMECO. I attribute the huge improvement in our home's energy efficiency to the audit and the expert guidance we received from the CHS team. 

The company was easy to reach and answered all questions.  Workers were professional, thorough and explained everything.  The work was completed in a timely manner and the main comment is that our house now feels like a new home.  heat and air conditioning is even throughout the house.  No more cold floors, cold or hot rooms.  The House is comfortable.
