Before addressing the chill and dampness plaguing this Wisconsin restaurant, the owner was dealing with a crawl space that made winters uncomfortable and left the space musty and humid throughout the year. As shown in the before photo, the area desperately needed an upgrade. The after photo reveals a remarkable transformation. We installed CleanSpace® to effectively seal out moisture and SmartJack® to ensure structural stability, creating a more comfortable and efficient environment for the restaurant. A homeowner in Virginia, MN reached out to DBS regarding the crawl space of their home. The area was dirty and had a moisture problem, and the owner was looking to clean it up and prevent further water issues. After thorough inspection by a Design Specialist, it was concluded that the crawl space would require CleanSpace® to be installed around the entire area to encapsulate it, and create a barrier to keep water and moisture out of the area. Along with that, the perimeter of the crawl space received spray foam insulation to keep it free from cold, drafty air.
