DBS foreman Tyler Nancey led the installation of this solution. The SmartJack® Support System uses a steel tube, as well as steel bracket footing, to stabilize the structure with lasting support. For this project, lifting the home and leveling it was a priority. This stabilization system can also reposition the structure back to its original position. Weight is evenly distributed after installation, allowing for a permanent solution.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with help from a team. Together, the team used hydraulic pressure to drive the helical piers down into the stable soil. These piers are able to fully support the structure and are adjusted to raise the structure back to a level, stable position.
