A DBS Design Specialist went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, the Design Specialist recommended our GeoLock™ Wall Anchor System to permanently stabilize the walls.
A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with help from a crew. Together they installed 3 GeoLock™ anchors by placing the earth anchors in trenches outside of the home's foundation, attaching a wall plate to the inside of the basement, and connecting the two sides of each system with a rod secured with bolts tightened to permanently stabilize the wall.
Now that the foundation has been properly supported, the homeowner will be able to relax more comfortably with peace of mind.

Foreman Osia Williams led the installation of this solution with help from a team. Carbon Armor was needed because of limited space availability. The solution needed to remain inside the home but still be able to fully support the wall. Suffering from 1" sheering, multiple wall straps were needed to ensure the walls would be completely and permanently supported. This solution is made out of materials that are 10-times stronger than steel and will prevent the wall from any further movement.
