This homeowner was facing a leaky wall on the north side of their basement, especially under the stairs. They were only interested in waterproofing the north wall due to the inconvenience of doing the entire basement as they wished to rent out the basement of the home. We were able to install a WaterGuard along that north side wall, as well as a SingleSafe sump pump system, so the water could be directed to a safe discharge point outside the home. This targeted approach ensured that the north wall would remain dry and the basement could be rented out without any water issues.

Dealing with a damp problem in Minneapolis meant understanding the homeowner's distress when water intrusion became a regular headache for part of the house. Our mission? These homeowners in Barnum, MN reached out to DBS for help stabilizing their sinking foundation. 

DBS Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. After inspecting the home, Henrik found that half of the home was sinking into the earth. This will not get better with time but it will get better with us! Supportworks Push Piers were recommended to stabilize the sinking foundation of this home. This home was repaired by DBS Field Supervisor Kevin Steffey and his production crew.
