One of our design specialists visited the house to provide a free, no-obligation, estimate. One of our foremen led his group in this installation. The team started by removing concrete spots from the house's interior perimeter. Then, to permanently address flooding, they installed our sub-floor drainage system. After that, the team installed our CleanSpace wall barrier to keep water vapor from entering through the foundation walls. Together they installed the WaterGuard® System by jackhammering trenches around the perimeter of the basement and placing the WaterGuard® tubing into each trench. They smoothed over the area with concrete for a flush finish. The drains will help direct water into a sump pump that is able to expel water up and away from the foundation.

Now that the basement has been properly waterproofed, the homeowner can finish the basement to create more living space without worrying about water damage to the space.
