This client in Turnersville was using expensive electricity to heat both their home and hot water. We installed a 95% efficient Bosch tankless water heater that not only provides hot water for bathing, washing, etc. but also heats the house. Monthly utility bills in the winter were reduced by over 60%! And look how much space was saved in their utility room.

A super efficient boiler was installed in this home about 20-years ago. It still runs great but some leaks had developed in the manifold and fittings under the boiler. Our well trained technicians new exactly how to fix the leaks, fill the system back up with water, and clear all the air out of the pipes.

After one of our BPI Certified Energy Experts performed an Energy Audit on this home in Cherry Hill NJ, it was evident to the home owners how they could achieve their goals of Making their home more comfortable, reducing fuel consumption and lowering the electric bill.

The home owners chose to replace their old furnace an air conditioner with a new high efficiency unit from Bryant. 

The energy saving improvements that we made to this home will give them an estimated 33% in total energy savings. Furthermore these improvements qualified for $4,000 in Rebates from the state of NJ and 0% Financing.

Old and unreliable, this boiler had to go. Our client opted for an 83% efficient Weil-McLain gas boiler with all new pumps, isolation valves, expansion tank, automatic water feeder and backflow preventer. It's really great looking, right?

This house was way ahead of it's time when it was built in 1970. It has copper tubing buried in concrete floors that heat the floors in 12 zones. Unfortunately, it was not piped or controlled properly so whenever one of the zones called for heat ALL the zones got heat. Multiple homeowners thru multiple decades put up with it because no one knew how to fix it. A new homeowner drew a winning hand when he found Alber Service Company. It wasn't easy but once the 12 zones were piped correctly and controlled correctly the system finally works properly. And it's kind of beautiful.
