Customer called in after hours after noticing their toilet was contantly running and starting to leak . Our plumber Chris was able to come out within an hour and address the issue. Chris went over everything that was happening and provided the customer with options to fix the issue. Chris comes out with a fully stocked truck and was able to take care of the issue right there for the customer. A Customer located in Summit, NJ called into Pipe Works Home Services after purchasing a new kitchen faucet. After a couple failed attempts they threw in the towel and decided to call in a professional. Mario was able to come out same day and install it for them. Customer called in after one his tenants was not getting any hot water. Our plumber Chris arrived to home to find the water heater leaking from inside the tank. Customer called in after realizing their water heater was not working properly. After some tinkering by the customer he knew the issue was bigger than they could answer. One call to PipeWorks and we were able to get the customer on the schedule for same day service. Once our plumber Bobby arrived, he got to diagnose the issues with the water heater. He found the internal components to have failed. After going over the options to replace the water heater, the customer choose to install a new Rheem power vent 50 gallon water heater.
