An existing customer in Summit, NJ called Pipe Works Services and said her HVAC unit was due for a replacement. It was numerous years old and she wanted to proceed right away in having the unit installed. Pipe works technicians Odin, Ryan and Washington were able to install in new Lennox HVAC system.

A new customer in Summit, NJ called Pipe Works Services and stated that she had a  Lennox compressor and condenser that no longer worked. Pipe Works Services technicians Rich and Alan checked the system and found compressor mechanicaly failed was in need of replacement. Technicians Rich and Alan reclaimed the refidgerant in condensor /compressor installed new warranty compressor on Lennox condensor, recharged system with new 410a refrigerant and leak checked system and also inspected indoor/outdoor unit for proper installation!

A frequent customer called into Pipe Works Services looking for better insulation in his basement. We recently installed a new HVAC system for them. Pipe Works Services technicians Nick, Malik and Gio installed high density foam insulation around the rim joist and sill plate in the basement. This will eliminate potential mold and humidity problems in their basement, as well as make their new HVAC system run more efficiently which in effect will reduce their energy bills!

A new customer who saw our Pipe Works Services trucks in Summit, NJ called in and expressed interest in getting a new boiler. His old one was over 20 years old and she wanted some cost efficient options. Our comfort advisor Rob gave an option of a new Crown boiler. She decided to choose our company to install the Crown boiler so Pipe Works Services technicians Malik and Washington installed the boiler with a new thermostat, new electrical shut off switch, new gas shut off, new flue pipe to the chimney, new emergency water shut off and new back-flow prevention. This will supply heat to their home efficiently and will cut down their energy bills.

A customer in Summit, NJ contacted Pipe Works Services because they wanted better insulation in there attic and it felt drafty. Our system Design Specialist Tim visited the home and suggested air sealing and insulating the attic so that drafty air will not seep into the house. Pipe Works Services technicians Nick and Gio air sealed and insulated all exposed kneewalls with 2 inch Silverglo foam board and re-vented the existing bathroom fan to the exterior using r-7 insulated duct. They also air seal all accessible wall tops and penetrations,Insulated exposed ducts with 2 part foam.
