Customer called in after he noticed a leak in his commercial building in the basement. Our plumber, Mario was able to come out same day to asses the issue. After diagnosing where the leak was coming from, he did provide the customer with a couple different options to resolve the issue. The customer knew they wanted to address the issue only once and make sure there would not be any further issue. Mario had all the parts on his truck and was able to take care of the issue in a couple hours.
