A new customer called in after purchasing a new bathroom faucet. She knew she had to find a professional who was reliable and performed their work at a high level. Pipe Works emerged as a top rated plumber in her area. With a 5 minute phone call into the office, she was scheduled for a day that worked best for her. Mario arrived to her home and went over exactly what would be done and explained the entire process to the customer. With a matter of hours the customer had her new faucet installed with a new drain system to go along with it. She knows moving forward she can trust us with all other plumbing needs. 

A new customer in Springfield, NJ called Pipe Works Services  had a leaking, chimney vented 50 gallon water heater. We sent our technician Mario to the home to confirm the leak. The leak was in fact major and a new water heater needed to be installed. Mario replaced existing unit with a new 50 gallon water heater, upgraded exhaust  venting system to 4 inch pipe so proper venting can take place with fumes exiting the house, upgraded fuel delivery system with a new isolation control which means adding valves for manual and automatic shutting off, and also added a safety pan that can collect water under the unit in case of an emergency leak happening. Mario tested and checked that it was functioning properly before he left. 

The customer had a damp and drafty crawl space that was effecting the air quality and comfort in their home in Springfield, NJ. Our technicians applied spray foam, laid down a plastic vapor barrier, and installed a new sump pump.
