Customer called in after noticing a leak coming from their toilet. Customer was scheduled for a same day appointment with our plumber bobby. After arriving to the home and diagnosing the issue, Bobby spotted the problem to be the customer's old supply line to the toilet. This was quick fix for Bobby and the customer, who supplied with a new stainless steel no burst braid supply line. Customer no has a leak freak toilet once again. 

Pipe Works Services Electrician Ryan returned to an existing customer in Madison, NJ to install new transfer switch and upgrade basic Surge protection for the whole house.

Pipe Works Services received a call from a long-time customer in Madison, NJ. Our technician Pedro was dispatched and arrived to the customer's home. After a thorough diagnosis, he came to the conclusion that both toilets in the house were leaking water. It's water delivery system and sealing was poorly installed. Pedro replaced both water delivery systems and seals to solve the problem for this homeowner. 

A new customer, a bowling alley, who saw a Pipe Works Services truck in Madison, NJ called Pipe Works Services because their Rinnai tankless water heater was leaking. Our technician Pablo diagnosed it was in fact leaking underneath the heat exchanger above the inducer assembly. The customer chose to replace the water heater and Pablo installed a new Rinnai tankless water heater for optimum water heating efficiency and performance. 

A customer who we worked with in the past called Pipe Works Services because his air conditioning that directed cool air into his movie theater was making noise. Pipe Works technician Zach determined repair was not recommended and that replacing the air conditioning unit would be much more viable  to have his air conditioner replaced in his movie theater. Comfort advisor Rob was able to give an estimate for a new Lennox air conditioning. Pipe Works Services technicians Odin, Rob and Ramito were all able to install a 1.5 ton 13ACX Lennox condenser unit, a new Lennox Air Handler and Honeywell Pro Series thermostat. Now this customer will be cool in his movie theater.
