I met Kevin when he came to fix an issue we were having with our condenser. the part needed to be ordered and when it came in, it still didn't work. kevin stuck with the job until it was finished and wouldn't take no for an answer. When I had an issue this week with our heat pump, I knew if I called Kevin, I would get the right answer. He listened to me (a novice) explain what I thought was the problem, interpreted my words and went about resolving the issue. Our problem was resolved because he knew that there was a solution and wouldn't give up until it was found. Turned out to be the thermostat was wired incorrectly. Kevin is knowledgeable, and determined to resolve the issue. If I have any additional heating or cooling issues that arise, I will ask for Kevin!

I just purchased a new home earlier this year and have a very old boiler. I wanted to make sure it was working properly before the cold weather comes. I purchased the deal on Angie's List and the provider contacted me promptly and accepted a time slot I had suggested. I asked for a reschedule and they were very accommodating. The time-slot was from 10am - 1pm and the provider showed up around 11:30am. Lloyd was the person they sent and he was extremely polite,  professional, and knowledgeable. He checked the boiler and it seemed to be working fine. I asked him to check all of the radiators which he gladly did. He also was very patient and answered all of my questions with explanations that I could understand. Although I do need a new boiler, he did not push me or try to sell me on that. I asked for a rough idea of what a new boiler would cost and he called his office and gave me what sounded like a good and fair estimate. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this provider. I now have a clear understanding of how my heating system works and what I need to do to get it working as efficiently as possible.

Your technician Mike Tapia came to my home on Friday to service my new water heater, which was overflowing and flooding my garage. From the first moment, I was impressed. Mike greeted me at the door with his card in hand, so I knew who he was before I let him in my home. Mike and I conferred on the problem--too much water pressure, caused by the failure of a 50 year old pressure valve--and on all the fixes that needed to get made, including replacing the fill valves in two of my toilets, (My toilets were a separate issue and I had already called another plumber for them. I ended up cancelling my appt with the other plumber because Mike handled all the problems in one go.) Before doing any work, Mike wrote up an estimate so I could approve it before he got started. He did a great job replacing the pressure valve, fixing the hot water heater and replacing the fill valves on the toilets. He also replaced the flappers as a courtesy and he made sure water did not continue to leak into the bowls as it had been doing for the past several years. Mike mentioned that you have a plan for annual maintenance of HVAC. Because I was so impressed with his work, I listened to what you have on offer, and decided to go with your company for the annual work on my relatively new systems. Again, I am cancelling my standing appt with my HVAC installer in order to use your services. I appreciate good work on my house and I have seen both great work and not so great work, so I know the difference. You have a terrific associate in Mike Tapia and I wanted you to know how pleased I am to have found your company. I have already started to tell my friends that I have found a great plumber. Believe me, EVERY ONE is interested in hearing the details.

Paul, I would like to commend you and your team on the professional way my new furnace & water heater was installed, not to mention the repair of one toilet & the replacement of the second toilet which was not in  your estimate, but was taken care of the same day. When PSE&G told me I needed a new furnace, you have no idea the panic I felt. I had requested 4 estimates, you were the only one that came to my house with your estimate and explained everything you would do. I told you I would like my son-in-law to see your estimate, you had no problem with that. The other estimates were mailed to me. Your crew of technicians were very courteous & friendly, I do ask a lot of questions, and they had all the answers. Before they left everything was cleaned up & Sal even showed me how to work the new thermostat before they left.
